SHIPPING

Orders are shipped ASAP once they're ready. (Usually in 1-5 days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We do ship internationally (outside of the USA) unless otherwise noted! Please make sure to check the shipping restrictions from the USA (if there are any) before ordering internationally (click here for a list of countries I cannot ship to at the moment). Please note that international shipping may sometimes take longer than expected for unforeseen reasons outside of this shop's control.

This shop is not responsible for any customs fees or duties that come up when your package arrives- if the price is too high, you can allow the package to be sent back and we'll most likely refund your order, minus the shipping.

TRACKING: All orders (both domestic in the USA and international) will come with a tracking number sent to your email! If you do not get tracking on your international order, let me know. International packages usually will come with insurance as well.

If your package gets lost internationally/never arrives/gets damaged, I will evaluate the situation and possibly replace your order or refund you. Email me!

PREORDERS are made to order and shipped on the date it says on the listing. Please make sure to check the listing for info before you email me about the status of your order! If you need to change your shipping address before it's shipped, send me an email and I'll change it for you if it's still possible.

Usually, preorders will have additional leftover stock up for sale once shipping starts, so if you miss the preorder window, you will most likely have another chance to buy it later. Thank you for your interest!

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We don't do refunds or returns except in extenuating circumstances (lost or damaged packages, wrong order, etc). Please keep this in mind when ordering or entering an address. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

If we did make a mistake with your order or it never arrived, please don't hesitate to email us! In most cases, we will replace your order/compensate you.

MISCELLANEOUS FAQ

Q. Are your blankets handwoven?

A. They are woven on a Jacquard loom. This does not mean they are woven by hand; it would be physically impossible to weave the blankets by hand at that speed, price, size, and quantity. They are woven by Fiber Art using sustainable resources.

Q. When will [BLANKET DESIGN] return?
A. Usually, a sold out blanket design will have a link to a waitlist you can sign up for here on my shop. If you sign up for the waitlist, you will be notified by email when the blanket is up for preorders again.

If there is no waitlist link, it is probably in the process of being manufactured and will be available for leftover sales very soon. I bring back blankets based on interest on the waitlist, but less popular designs do not stay around as often and don't return, so I would grab it while you can!

Q. My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
A. Email me with pictures if you're able. Usually, if it's a print order and it was damaged because it was bent inside the packaging, I can send you a replacement. Other situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. I usually cannot replace a blanket order that was not received, as once it's at the post office it is completely out of my hands. However, contact me about it anyway and I will file an insurance claim and possibly replace your order! Make sure you are able to ship items to a secure location, and that you ask me to change your address if you have moved!

Q. Tell me about your values of sustainability and ethical responsibility.
A. I am committed to selling items that are made as ethically as possible, as well as shipping items using eco-friendly packaging. I also am committed to selling items that are made with sustainability in mind in regards to material and overall use. I work with companies I trust pay their workers a fair wage and care about these same values. Please email me if you have any questions about this, and thanks for supporting me.
