SHIPPING
Orders are shipped ASAP once they're ready. (Usually in 1-5 days)
We do ship internationally unless otherwise noted! Please make sure to check the shipping restrictions from the US (if there are any) before ordering internationally.
PREORDERS are made to order and shipped on the date it says on the listing. Please make sure to check the listing for info! If you need to change your shipping address before it's shipped, send me an email and I'll change it for you.
TRACKING: Orders shipping within the US will come with tracking. Orders outside of the US will unfortunately only have tracking until they leave the US. If your package gets lost internationally/never arrives/gets damaged, I will evaluate the situation and possibly replace your order! Email me! (If you would like to add tracking for an order, email me and I can possibly add it for you at additional cost.)

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We don't do refunds or returns except in extenuating circumstances (lost or damaged packages, wrong order, etc). Please keep this in mind when ordering or entering an address. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
If we did make a mistake with your order or it never arrived, please don't hesitate to email us! In most cases, we will replace your order/compensate you.
